1. Introduction to Horse Stretching

2. Farrier Low and High Stretch
This stretch relaxes many muscles surrounding the hip, the front of the back leg, the gluts and the sacroiliac joint such as the tensor fasciae latae, the extensor digitorium lateralis and the extensor digitorium longus.
3. Forward Farrier Stretch
This is a great stretch for the hamstring muscles, both the semimembranosus and semitendinosus, located on the hind end of the horse.
